At Mindfully Moving, my mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health and well-being through personalized run coaching and guidance.
I believe that running can change an individuals life. It has taught me more about myself, my capability, my challenges, and most importantly how to work through them.

My focus is using polarized training to help you improve your endurance as well as speed and strength. I will provide nothing but full dedication to you and to help you go after those goals!
I am an RRCA certified run coach providing comprehensive and individualized training plans designed to improve a runners confidence, strength, endurance and mindset to go after their goals and dreams with running.

Hi! Thank you for showing up here! My name is Robin and I am a single mom of two amazing girls and work full time as an occupational therapist working with children with special needs.
I found running in my 20s and have been running since. I have run 6 marathons, including 3 World Marathon Majors, qualified for Boston twice (so far), ran and finished 2 Ultra marathons and countless half marathons and 5ks.
I love running. It gives me a strong mental and physical well being which allows me to be a better mom, a better therapist, and a better friend. I'd love to be able to coach and motivate you to find your running potential and see how it can give you back what it has given me!
My run coaching/training experience has provided me with training consistency and has helped me to take 45 minutes off my Marathon PR. Do you have a spring half marathon or marathon coming up and you want to participate in group coaching? We focus on developing a positive mindset throughout your training cycle, as well as the physical and mental strength that will help you get to the start line and the finish line.
Despite the group setting, you will receive an individualized training plan that is customized to you and where your current running abilities are. This plan is provided upfront for the entire training cycle. Adjustments can be made on an as needed basis.
While everyone receives an individualized plan, group coaching will include a live virtual check-in, in group format, occurring weekly, where runners can ask questions and we can work through any problems that may come up.

Training peaks is a virtual training platform where you will receive your workouts. Feedback regarding your training is provided weekly
As a Bodi affiliate, I use SIMPLE press play strength training programs that fit in easily to a runners daily routine with minimal equipment and no need for the gym. This is an additional cost but does provide you with a months worth of supplements and a years worth of strength training exercise programs designed to meet your needs.

Allows for communication with your coach and the ability for your coach to analyze data and adjust or modify as needed
2 times weekly communication through training peaks or email to adjust, modify or provide feedback for weekly training
Optional but recommended support and access to Bodi Strength training workouts and nutrition supplements designed to support your running for an additional cost. Strength workouts provide easy press play strength work by certified trainers making it easy to fit into your busy day!

Mindfully Moving is a run coaching service. We are able to assist with race day and training nutrition and fueling but do not provide meal plans or nutrion services outside of running as we are not a certified dietician or nutritionist. Additionally through RRCA certification we are able to provide runs specific strength training exercises but are not a personal trainer or strength coach and would recommend seeking other services if you are in need of more than run specific strength training
